I have a Fishpond pack very similar to this one and it is the best bag I have had. It is very functional with lots of storage and the ability to keep different types of flies separated, this makes it easy to use on the river as you always know which zipper to open for the type of fly you are looking for(dry, nymph, streamer). Having the front pouch that gives you a place to work is great for changing flies in the middle of the river or getting ready at the car. Being able to have tippet, snippers, hemostats within easy reach and not trying to find them in a pocket is a good addition too. This pack also has a water bottle pockets so you can stay hydrated on a long day of fishing. I fish smaller rivers with a lot of willow and other bush to traverse, the small size and ability to position at your back or in front sure make it easy as you do not get hung up on branches as you try to get to the river.

Make life on the river easier by using the Fishpond Gunnison Guide pack.
